Atmoran is a five piece Frisian metal band that doesn’t confine to a single genre. With a wide variety of influences ranging from Opeth to Sepultura. Brutal vocals make way for intricate melodic guitar passages and the destructive drums of ‘Maximum Destruction’. The band consists of vocalist Frank Van der Ploeg, lead guitarist Frank Homma, rhythm guitarist Klaas Haaksma, Ian Postma on bass and Max Van der Meij on drums. The guys excel at delivering an energetic and engaging live performance, no matter the size of the crowd or venue. They have repeatedly performed well at the annual dutch ‘Metal Battle’ contest, getting as far as the grand finale in 2018 and securing both the jury and crowd prizes during the first round in 2020. This also secured them the opening spot at the ‘Dokkem open air’ festival. Currently working on new music, the guys of Atmoran hope to return to the stage soon and deliver their most captivating performances yet!

Sammath started out as a Black Metal band formed by Jan Kruitwagen by the end of 1993 releasing 3 demos and 6 albums in 30 years. Folter Records 1997/2014 Hammerheart Records 2014…. The upcoming 7th album, Grebbeberg once again set in the horror of World War II, tells the story of Kruitwagens great-uncle who perrished in the forgotten battle of the “Grebbeberg” in 1940. A fitting title for an album showing Sammath at their peak. 30 years of experience in songwriting comes together in a perfect storm. Like a war hammer to the head, “Grebbeberg” is Black Metal which beats you into submission. It simultaneously provides the soundtrack to battle preparation and the triumph of victory in battle, all in a very ugly way. No matter how grand and unforgettably poetic folkloric depictions of Hell are, there is little prose aimed at the Underworld anywhere near as horrifying as the theater of war among men. No excuses, no reamping, no recording drums or guitars in segments. Blood, sweat and breathing extreme metal. “Grebbeberg” sees the band perfect the style they were championing on their previous two albums. A dynamic, tremelo filled glorious return to 90s Black Metal with a great strong production.

WETT (formerly known as Wet T-Shirt Contest) is a Dutch formation of four, well-known for their remarkably powerful live shows and inventive-yet-catchy funk/rock-grooves, also incorporating elements from styles like jazz, blues, fusion, hiphop, and even metal. The band started out in 2008 and turned out to be a real head-turner from day one, dragging in prices in every band contest they’ve ever participated in, performing on several major venues throughout Holland, sharing the stage with many notable artists, and receiving nothing but praise along the way. WETT is a band to be enjoyed by the many; lots of flavours, lots of spice, and always funky fresh!
