Severe Mania uit Twente brengt al ruim vier jaar een eerbetoon aan de rauwe energie van thrash metal. Met tributes aan onder andere Slayer, Testament en Exodus blaast de band een muur van geluid de zaal in die zowel herkenbaar als verpletterend is. Vier gedreven, ervaren, maar vooral gepassioneerde metalmuzikanten. Jeroen op drums, Michael op leadgitaar, Johnny op ritmegitaar en Florens op bas en vocals. Zij vormen samen een oldschool thrashmachine die geen concessies doet.
Allemaal begin 50 en liefhebbers in hart en nieren combineren zij hun serieuze muzikale toewijding met de nodige humor.
